Superb ruffled dress in pleated red silk georgette, with double steering wheel around the neckline and back neckline, handkerchief skirt and ruffles draped on the back of the skirt. An excellent item will have been worn a couple of times and will be in almost pristine condition as it has been extremely well maintained.
