Where can I find my order ID?
Your Order ID can be found on your order confirmation, in the top right corner. You have received your order confirmation via email and also included in the parcel.
Until when can I return?
If you wish to return, you have 14 days to initiate the return of the product(s) from the day you received your order.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
Direct product exchanges are not possible. Instead, you are welcome to return the product and place a new order. Please note that you have 14 days from the day you received your order to initiate the return process.
Is it free to return?
When you choose to return an item, we will provide you with all necessary return labels. However, please note that a return shipping cost of $15 per item will be applied. This cost will be visible in the return overview before submitting the return form. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please make sure to take pictures of the items before returning them.
When will I get my money back?
Once the shop has received your return, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. After this, you can expect to receive your refund within 1-5 business days.
Return process

1. Register the items you wish to return

2. Pack the items in the bag or box they came in, ensuring they are in their original packaging and condition, with tags intact.

3. Cut off the return slip and include it in the parcel with the product(s) you're returning

4. Affix the return label to the parcel. Avoid using branded packaging (e.g., shoe boxes) as shipping material. You can reuse the original Miinto box or bag received upon delivery

5. Drop off the parcel within 14 days

6. Receive your refund

If you are returning a DHL Express parcel, they offer free home pickup. Book a timeslot here
